On its demise, a Trackback hack
Tom Coates says Trackback is dead. I've no reason to disbelieve him, although having a much less-visited website I don't have the same problem he has with ping after ping of Trackback spam.

Giving your top post style
Three years ago updating my website was a major event. Once a month I would spend hours reconstructing the front page, placing images and text directly into the code. It was a labour of love, no doubt about it.

Cross-promoting content with TypePad
